专利摘要:
A dental prosthesis with an implant body (1) and with an abutment (2) which can be inserted into a receptacle of the implant body (1) is described, which has a passage opening (4) for receiving a cap screw engaging a nut thread (5) of the implant body (1) (3), which is supported by a conical head part (7) on a conical shoulder (8) of the abutment (2). In order to provide advantageous design conditions, it is proposed that the conical head part (7) of the cap screw (3) has at least two successive conical sections (9, 10) in the axial direction, which have a different opening angle than the conical shoulder (8), and at a pressure-free contact of one cone section (9) on the conical shoulder (8) of the other cone section (10) engages with play in the shoulder cone (11).

The invention relates to a dental prosthesis with an implant body and with a replaceable in a receptacle of the implant body abutment, which forms a through hole for receiving a engaging in a female thread of the implant body cap screw, which is supported with a conical head on a conical shoulder of the abutment.
Dentures are usually constructed so that an implant body inserted into the jawbone receives an abutment for the construction of the dental prosthesis. This abutment is connected by means of a cap screw with the implant body, which is inserted into a through hole of the abutment and engages in a female thread of the implant body. The screw head is supported on an annular shoulder of the abutment, wherein the requirement is that the head screw can not accidentally come loose and allows a tight connection to the abutment, so that no bacteria can reach the implant body. To meet these requirements, it is known (DE 103 40 059 A1, DE 20 2006 013 585 U1) to provide the screw head with a conical head part, which is supported on a conical annular shoulder. Although this conical design of the support surfaces results in an improvement in terms of the support of the screw head relative to the abutment, these known screw connections can meet the requirements only partially.
In order to ensure a secured against loosening screw when hinging a spectacle frame, it is also known, the cone angle of a conical screw head relative to the conical receiving the screw head form differently, so that a high friction between the 2 I · Μ 9 * · 9 9 9 • «* · 9« «* · · · · · · * · ·» »» 9

Conical surfaces and thus reduces the risk of self-loosening. However, the requirements for screw connections of spectacle hinges can not be compared with the requirements of the screw connections between the abutment and the implant body, especially since the problem of tightness in screw connections for spectacle hinges plays no role.
The invention is therefore the object of a dental prosthesis of the type described in such a way that the tightness of the connection between the abutment and the implant body ensures and self-solution of the screw can be excluded.
The invention solves this problem by the fact that the conical head part of the cap screw has at least two successive conical sections in the axial direction, which have a relation to the conical shoulder different opening angle, and that at a non-pressure contact of one cone section on the conical shoulder of the other cone section Game intervenes in the shoulder cone.
By providing at least two successive conical sections in the axial direction, which have different diameters with respect to the conical shoulder of the abutment, it is due to the different opening angle of the cones on the one hand the shoulder and on the other hand, the conical sections of the screw head when tightening the cap screw to that first a conical portion of the cap screw is pressed under elastic and plastic deformation of the conical shoulder of the abutment and the corresponding cone portion of the cap screw against the conical shoulder of the abutment before the other cone portion comes to rest and subsequently an additional sealing surface at least under an elastic deformation of the forms co-operating conical surfaces, With the consequent at least two-stage sealing of the screw head relative to the abutment thus the required tightness of the screw can be guaranteed. In addition, due to the plastic or elastic deformation of the cooperating conical cone, the co-operating cone is deformed surfaces of the frictional resistance increased so that the risk of self-loosening of the screw can be excluded.
Particularly simple construction conditions arise when the two cone sections of the cap screw have the same cone angle, but this need not necessarily be the case. If the cone angles of the cap screw are greater than the cone angle of the conical shoulder, then the sealing surfaces advantageously result in each case in the area of the largest diameter of the two cone sections of the conical head part.
For the production of the two cone sections, it is advisable to provide these cone sections at an axial distance from each other. In addition, with respect to the sealing surfaces when tightening the cap screw advantageous conditions when engaging in a conical shoulder on the conical shoulder engaging with play in the shoulder cone cone section has a shorter axial length, because yes with tightened cap screw the engagement length of this initially with game in the Shoulder cone engaging cone portion of the screw head is correspondingly shorter.
In the drawing, the subject invention is shown, for example. Show it
Fig. 1 shows a dental prosthesis according to the invention in a schematic longitudinal section and
2 shows the conical head part of the cap screw in an enlarged side view.
In a conventional manner, the dental prosthesis according to FIG. 1 has an implant body 1 to be inserted into the jawbone, indicated by dash-dotted lines, for receiving an abutment 2 for a dental prosthesis. This abutment 2 is connected to the implant body 1 with the aid of a cap screw 3. For this purpose, the abutment 2 is provided with a through-opening 4 into which the cap screw 3 engaging in a nut thread 5 is inserted. The screw head 6 has a conical head part 7, which cooperates with a conical shoulder 8 of the abutment 4 and presses the abutment 2 into its receptacle in the implant body 1 via this conical shoulder 8.
As can be seen in particular from FIG. 2, the conical head part 7 comprises two successive conical sections 9 and 10 in the axial direction. Although these conical sections 9 and 10 have a matching cone angle, the conical tips are at an axial distance from one another on the screw axis so that the one cone section 9 already abuts the conical shoulder 8 of the abutment 2 already indicated at the dot-dash line, while the other cone section 10 still has a play relative to the shoulder cone 11. Since the cone angle of the cone sections 9, 10 is selected differently than the cone angle of the shoulder cone 11 - namely the cone angle of the cone sections 9, 10 is preferably larger than the cone angle of the shoulder cone 11, the cone section 9 presses when tightening the cap screw 3 under one in the plastic deformation extending the conical shoulder 8 and the cone portion 9 first in the region of the largest diameter in the conical shoulder 8, before the cone portion 10 comes into effect and forms a second sealing surface under an at least elastic deformation of the conical surfaces.
By matching the cone angles to one another and to the respective material properties, advantageous conditions for the screw connection between the abutment 2 and the implant body 1 can thus be obtained. Conventional cone angles are in a range between 10 and 30 °, wherein the difference of the cone angle can be on the one hand for the conical shoulder 8 and on the other hand for the conical head part 7 in the range of 1 to 5 °. The play between the cone section 10 and the shoulder cone 11 at a pressure-free contact of the cone section 9 on the shoulder cone 11 should not exceed 0.1 mm in general. However, these values are not restrictive and can be exceeded or fallen below if necessary. As can be seen in the exemplary embodiment, the cone sections 9 and 10 are arranged at an axial distance from one another, whereby a jump-in head section 5 12 results between these sections 9 and 10, which facilitates the production of the cone sections 9 and 10. In the illustrated embodiment, the cone angle of the two cone sections 9 and 10 are chosen the same size for reasons of construction. However, this is by no means mandatory. On the contrary, with different cone angles under certain circumstances, the sealing effect and self-locking of the screw can be improved.
